Included with your registration, you will be given the opportunity to take a personality assessment test, The CliftonStrengths assessment, designed to determine your interpersonal skills, the motivation and inspiration that drive you, and the roles in which you can excel according to your behavioural traits. Results from the test will be provided to you on Friday, January 24 during the conference. All of your answers will be kept strictly confidential.

DONNA GARRETT is the President of the Ascent Performance Group. The company was created to assist business executives, sales people and non-profit leaders in developing both personally and professionally. She has been CliftonStrengths Advocate for eight years. She led workshops on CliftonStrengths for non-profits, seminarians and religious communities. Professionally, she holds a bachelor's degree in nursing and a certificate in biblical studies. Donna currently serves the Church as a National Director in Regnum Christi.

JEFF GARRETT is the founder of the Ascent Performance Group. The company was created to assist business executives, sales people and non-profit leaders in developing both personally and professionally.  

For over 20 years, he has coached, developed and led sales people and business leaders to higher levels of achievement and performance. He has assisted individuals and teams in attaining incredible sales and profits as well as personal growth. He strongly believe that you can not separate your personal life from business.  

Jeff was in the mortgage banking business for 30 years. He held positions in sales and sales management. Jeff led over 100 team members. His responsibilities included sales, recruiting, retaining, training and leading the team. He was also in charge of growing new markets and P&L management. Jeff has skills in change management, development leaders and increasing profitability. He is strong at coaching and developing leaders and teams.
