My name is Daniella Finley-Gonzalez, a Grade 12 student at Clear Water Academy in Calgary. As a practicing Catholic and an ECYD Challenge Leader, my journey in faith has been defined by a commitment to mission life and apostolic service. Since taking my ECYD pledge of friendship in 2022, I have dedicated myself to mentoring Grade 7 and 8 students, guiding them toward a deeper relationship with Christ and one another.

My experience spans various Catholic leadership roles, including participating in Holy Week Missions and serving as a counselor at Tapawingo Trails and Captivenia. As I prepare for university, I feel a profound call to "step out into the deep" through a summer mission. I am eager to collaborate with international missionaries and utilize my passions for music, specifically violin, guitar, and performing arts, as a form of worship and outreach. I view this mission as a vital step in discerning my future vocation and giving back to the global Catholic community.
