Hello! My name is Caleb Chan. I am currently applying to be Regnum Christi Missionary for the 26-27 year. I am honored with the opportunity to give a year to God to do his will, and find my vocation.

 

I want to give this year for the benefit of those whom I meet. To bring as many people as I can to Christ.

 

When I first found out about ECYD, I thought it would be just another Catholic youth club. I attended a good bunch of the events, which sparked my interest about the whole ECYD in and of itself. 

 

All this curiosity and community ECYD gave me, paved the way for many experiences which shaped the decision to do the mission year. With my involvement in Arcatheos, and assisting ECYD camps and events in my locality, I found that my spark to guide youth to live with Christ everyday. 

 

The choice to give a year to Christ is the influence I have around others. I want to use that influence as a mentor to bring others to the love of God, helping others to grow closer to him, sharing all the experiences that made me come to love God.

 

Using this time for God, I will also be able to find myself, and build solid daily habits to communicate with God, and build my spiritual life to the fullest.
